Take us back to the founding moment when your company began.<\/h3>\n

R3 <\/span>Stem <\/span>Cell <\/span>began <\/span>in <\/span>2012 <\/span>during <\/span>my time in the executive program at ASU’s WP Carey Business School. During <\/span>our <\/span>Entrepreneurial <\/span>class<\/span>, <\/span>I <\/span>put <\/span>together <\/span>a <\/span>project <\/span>for <\/span>a <\/span>Medical <\/span>Center for <\/span>Stem Cell <\/span>& <\/span>Laser <\/span>Therapy <\/span>that <\/span>could help many thousands of people dealing with chronic<\/span>, <\/span>debi<\/span>litating conditions.<\/p>\n

Over <\/span>that <\/span>semester <\/span>I <\/span>ran <\/span>the <\/span>business <\/span>plan <\/span>through <\/span>Pro<\/span>fessors at <\/span>the <\/span>ASU <\/span>Law <\/span>School <\/span>along <\/span>with <\/span>the <\/span>ASU <\/span>ex<\/span>perts <\/span>in <\/span>Business <\/span>Analytics<\/span>, <\/span>Marketing<\/span>, <\/span>Supply <\/span>Chain<\/span>, <\/span>Fi<\/span>–<\/span>nance, and also the Dean. At the end of the process, R3 Stem Cell was born. Since then the company business model <\/span>has <\/span>been <\/span>altered <\/span>over <\/span>10 <\/span>times, <\/span>and <\/span>the <\/span>company <\/span>continues to grow every year!<\/p>\n

Every journey has a few roadblocks and challenges. What were yours? How did you overcome them?<\/h3>\n

As providers and patients around the world <\/span>realize <\/span>that <\/span>re<\/span>generative <\/span>therapies work <\/span>well <\/span>and <\/span>are <\/span>safe<\/span>, <\/span>their <\/span>use <\/span>has <\/span>increased exponentially<\/span>. <\/span>On <\/span>the <\/span>one hand<\/span>, <\/span>this <\/span>has <\/span>been <\/span>fantastic as the “adoption curve\u201d progresses, but it has also created a lot of competition!<\/p>\n

Many providers and manufacturers disseminate unrealistic <\/span>claims or call their treatments \u201cstem <\/span>cell <\/span>therapy<\/span>\u201d <\/span>when <\/span>it <\/span>actually <\/span>isn<\/span>‘<\/span>t<\/span>. <\/span>So <\/span>it <\/span>has <\/span>been <\/span>a <\/span>ch<\/span>all<\/span>enge <\/span>dealing <\/span>with un<\/span>ethical competition <\/span>spreading <\/span>inaccur<\/span>ate information.<\/p>\n

How have we dealt <\/span>with it<\/span>? <\/span>We<\/span>‘<\/span>ve <\/span>taken <\/span>the <\/span>approach <\/span>of <\/span>disseminating accurate educational videos including our Stem Cell Master Class, which includes four hours of information for prospective patients. We started training providers with in-depth education on biologics<\/span>, <\/span>supple<\/span>ments, procedure techniques, and realistic expectations for their patients. Also, we make sure our products are top of the <\/span>line<\/span>, so <\/span>providers <\/span>can <\/span>feel <\/span>comfort<\/span>abl<\/span>e <\/span>using <\/span>them <\/span>with <\/span>regards to both effectiveness and safety.<\/p>\n

Another challenge we’ve faced over the years is when our affiliated providers have gone to biased training and are fed outright <\/span>lies <\/span>while <\/span>there. <\/span>This is the main reason I started R3 Medical Training, so providers not only receive accurate, evidence-based information, but also get to learn with real procedures on real <\/span>patients<\/span>! <\/span><\/p>\n

Can you brief us about your products and services?<\/h3>\n
